Production Meeting discussing & planning:
Inbound component delivery schedules / call offs,
Outbound System delivery schedules

What model variants need to be produced that day /week.
Staffing requirements
Review Previous days production
Review, edit & annote prototype / developmental system autocad drawings 🤓
Order / call off component re-stocking with respective suppliers 🤳
📞 Answer inbound technical questions received via phone, email, LinkedIn etc.
Afternoon: 1pm – 6.30pm
Lunch
🔩 Decommission & make ready training room systems installed during the training course delivered on Monday. Also prepare training room & learning materials in preparation for the next installation training course.
Technical support to engineers on site surveying or installing systems.
Generate / review technical literature within proposed new marketing & sales material.
Specify a multi system set up for a quotation on a commercial property, referring to Cibse guide G in the absence of hot water consumption data.
Dissemble, fix & partially re-assemble 🤨the broken binding machine
